UK Charity Leukaemia Care Weighs in on Roman Reigns’ Cancer Being in Remission

Roman Reigns warmed the hearts of all wrestling fans last night when he announced that his cancer was in remission and that he would be making a return to in-ring competition.

Unfortunately, as is the case in all matters of life, skepticism has reared its ugly head. There are those of the belief that Roman Reigns didn’t genuinely have life-threatening cancer in his system because of the fact that he did not exhibit stereotypical signs of cancer such as hair loss and significant definition loss. There are also those that are skeptical because of how quickly he was able to come back and the timing of it in the wrestling world.

Leukaemia Care, a charity in the United Kingdom, took to Twitter to defend Roman Reigns and talk about leukemia not having a singular defined “look.” Below are some highlights of what they said:
